The Company signs a Mining Service Agreement Term Sheet. 3. | Uraian informasi atau Fakta Material lainnya yang relevan/ Details of relevant Material Fact: information or other Pada tanggal 5 November 2024, Perseroan telah ' menandatangani Term Sheet Perjanjian Jasa Pertambangan antara PT Niaga Jasa Dunia (“NJD”) dan PT Bara Prima Mandiri (“BPM”). BPM merupakan pemegang Izin Usaha — Pertambangan Operasi Produksi (IUP OP) yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Barito Selatan, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, dan NJD selaku perusahaan yang diberikan wewenang untuk mengoperasikan tambang, serta Perseroan selaku kontraktor jasa pertambangan. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada Perseroan adalah pengupasan lapisan penutup dan penggalian batubara. Durasi perjanjian jasa pertambangan berdasarkan Term Sheet adalah berlaku efektif dari tanggal S November 2024 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2032, durasi perjanjian jasa pertambangan tersebut akan tunduk pada pemenuhan persyaratan- persyaratan yang telah disepakati para pihak. Estimasi produksi lapisan penutup sebesar 135,46 juta BCM dan produksi batubara sebesar 7,53 juta ton. Estimasi nilai pekerjaan berdasarkan Term Sheet tersebut adalah sebesar Rp. 4,03 triliun. On 5 November 2024, the Company signed a Mining Service Agreement Term Sheet between PT Niaga Jasa Dunia (NJD”) and PT Bara Prima Mandiri (“BPM”). BPM is the holder of the Mining Operation Production Business License (IUP OP) located in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province: and NJD as the company authorized to operate the mine, and the Company as the mining services contractor. The scope of work given to the Company is stripping of overburden and coal excavation. The duration of the mining service agreement based on the Term Sheet is effective from 5 November 2024 until 31" December 2032, the duration of the mining services agreement is subject to the fulfillment of the conditions agreed upon by the parties.
