Periode Pelaksanaan Periode pelaksanaan Tahun 2024 akan berlangsung selama 30 hari bursa sejak tanggal 1 November 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 12 Desember 2024. 2. Harga Pelaksanaan Harga pelaksanaan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya adalah Rp750,- (tujuh ratus lima puluh Rupiah) per saham. Jakarta, 6 November 2024 Dear Sir, Re: Information on the Plan for the Phase I Window Exercise II of 2024 Implement Period of PT Archi Indonesia Tbk.'s (“Company”) Management and Employee Stock Option Program (“MESOP”) Referring to the Circular Letter of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 regarding Procedures for the Implementation of the Share Ownership Program, we hereby convey information on the plan for Phase I Window Exercise II of 2024 Implementation Period of the Company's MESOP Program as follows: 1. Implementation Period The implementation period of 2024 will last for 30 trading days from 1 November 2024 to 12 December 2024 2.
