CIRCULAR RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
PT CHAMPION PACIFIC INDONESIA Tbk
IN LIEU OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PT. Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk

The undersigned, being all members of the Board of Commissioner (“Board of
Commissioner”) of “PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk” (the “Company”), a limited
liability company duly established and validly existing under the laws of the Republic of
Indonesia, having its domicile in Jl. Raya Bekasi KM. 28,5 Kp Rawa Pasung RT.001/022,
Sub-district of Kotabaru, District of West Bekasi, hereby:

- give their unanimous consent based on Article 16 of the Articles of Association of the
Company: and

- state that the Board of Commissioner of the Company has received prior notice and
therefore can unanimously adopt valid resolutions (“Resolution”) without convening a
meeting of Board of Commissioner, which Resolution shall have the same effect as
resolutions validly adopted in a physical meeting of Board of Commissioner.

WHEREAS, this Board of Commissioner meeting is made to approve :
- appointment of Mr. Wibisono Kuntoro Adi, SE as the Head of Internal Audit Unit.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the above matters, the Board of Commissioner hereby unanimously
resolve as follows:

RESOLVED to acknowledge, accept, and approve the Head of Internal Audit Unit.

This Resolution shall be effective as of the date of the last signatory provides his signature
below and may be executed in any number of separate counterparts, each of which, when so
executed, shall be deemed as original and all counterparts taken together will be deemed to
constitute one and the same document.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, all members of the Board of Commissioner of the Company have
indicated their approvals to this Resolution by affixing their signatures below.
