Perjanjian Alokasi Biaya antara Perseroan dengan PT Exspan Petrogas Intranusa (“EPI”), anak perusahaan yang sahamnya dimiliki baik secara tidak langsung oleh Perseroan, dengan nilai perjanjian sebesar USD108.532,61 (seratus delapan ribu lima ratus tiga puluh dua koma enam puluh satu Dolar Amerika Serikat). Cost Sharing Agreement between the Company and PT Exspan Petrogas Intranusa (“EPI”), a subsidiary wholly owned indirectly by the Company, with an agreement value of USD108,532.61 (one hundred @ight thousand five hundred thirty-two United States Dollars and sixty-one cents). 2. Cost Sharing Agreement between the Company and
PT Medco Power Indonesia ("MPP), a subsidiary
directly and indirectly owned by the Company, with
an agreement value of USD1,637,978.46 (one
million six hundred thirty-seven thousand nine
hundred seventy-eight United States Dollars and
fourty six cents).

Facts
Perseroan telah melakukan pembaruan sistem Enterprise
Resources Planning (“Sistem ERP”) dengan proses
migrasi sistem ke versi SAP S/4HANA (“SAP S/4HANA”).
Proses migrasi tersebut dimulai pada tahun 2026 dengan
target penyelesaian di tahun 2027. SAP S/4HANA
tersebut akan dimanfaatkan oleh EPI dan MPI untuk
menjalankan kegiatan usahanya secara ekonomis dan
efisien.
The Company is undertaking an upgrade of its Enterprise
Resources Planning System (“ERP System”) by
migrating system process to the SAP S/4HANA version
(“SAP S/4HANA"). The migration project commenced in
2026 and is targeted for completion in 2027. SAP
S/4HANA will be utilized by EPI and MPI to support their
business operations in a more efficient and cost-effective
manner.
Terkait hal tersebut, terdapat alokasi biaya yang akan
dibebankan kepada anak-anak Perusahaan dimana EPI
dan MPI akan menerima sebagian dari total biaya migrasi
SAP S/4HANA dari Perseroan dengan nilai sebagaimana
yang tercantum di atas. Alokasi biaya tersebut berlaku
hingga tanggal 31 Desember 2027.
In connection with the foregoing, a portion of the SAP
S/4HANA migration costs will be allocated to the
Company subsidiaries, EPI and MPI, which will bear part
Of the total migration cost incurred by the Company, in the
amount stated above. Such cost allocation arrangement
Shall remain effective until December 31, 2027.
