CIRCULAR RESOLUTIONS OF THE MEMBERS OF
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF PT. CENTURY TEXTILE INDUSTRY TBK ABBREVIATED PT. CENTEX TBK

The members of the Board of Commissioners of PT. Century Textile Industry Tbk
abbreviated PT. Centex Tbk. a limited liability company organized and existing under and
by virtue of the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, having its domicile in East Jakarta and its
address at Jl. Raya Bogor Km27, Ciracas, Jakarta 13740 (the “Company”), namely:

1. Suhardi Budiman, President Commissioner of the Company:

2. Hideo Umeki, Commissioner of the Company, and

3. Zenzia Sianica Ihza, Independent Commissioner of the Company,
being all the incumbent members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company as at the
date hereof (the “Members of the Board of Commissioners”), hereby declare that by
executing these Circular Resolutions of the Board of Commissioners of PT. Century Textile
Industry Tbk abbreviated PT. Centex Tbk (these “Circular Resolutions”), the Members of
the Board of Commissioners unanimously agrec and resolve:

IL To accept the resignation of Mr. Satryo Soemantri Brodjonegoro, from his position as
member of the Audit Committee of the Company, effective as of 30-9-2024 (the thirty
day of September of the year two thousand and twenty four).

II. To appoint Mr. Zenzia Sianica Ihza, as a Chairman of the Audit Committee of the
Company, for the term of office effective as of 7-10-2024 (the seven day of October of
the year two thousand and twenty four).

HI. To confirm that effective as of 7-10-2024 (the seven day of October of the year two
thousand and twenty four), the composition of the Audit Committee members of the
Company is as follows:

(a) Mr. Zenzia Sianica, the Independent Commissioner of the Company, as the
Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company:

(b) Mr. Charles Christian SE. Ak, CPA, BKP as a member of the Audit Committee
of the Company: and

(c) Mr. Irwan Setia Msi., CPA, as a member of the Audit Committee of the
Company.
