1. Tanggal Kejadian: 1 November 2024. Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material: Pembagian dividen interim kepada para pemegang saham Perseroan untuk tahun buku 2024 (“Pembagian Dividen Interim”). Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material: Berdasarkan Keputusan Sirkuler Direksi Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi No. 013/AA/SK/DIR/X1/2024 tanggal 1 November 2024 yang telah mendapat persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris Perseroan — sebagaimana — tercantum dalam Keputusan Sirkuler Dewan Komisaris Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Dewan Komisaris No. 007/AA/SK/KOM/X1/2024 tanggal 1 November 2024, Perseroan telah menyetujui untuk membagikan dividen interim untuk tahun buku 2024 yang diambil dari laba tahun berjalan berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Tidak Diaudit Perseroan dan Entitas Anaknya untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 September 2024, yaitu sebesar Rp11 (sebelas Rupiah) per saham kepada para pemegang saham Perseroan yang memiliki hak untuk menerima dividen interim, dengan memperhatikan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku termasuk peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku. Type of Information or Material Fact: Distribution of interim dividends to the shareholders of the Company for the 2024 financial year (“Interim Dividends Distribution”). Description of Information or Material Fact: Based on the Circular Resolution of the Board of Directors in Lieu of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 013/AA/SK/DIR/XI/2024 dated November 1, 2024 which has been approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Company as stated in the Circular Resolution — of the Board of Commissioners in Lieu of the Board of Commissioners Meeting No. 007/AA/SK/KOM/XI 2024 dated November 1, 2024, the Company has agreed to distribute interim dividends for the 2024 financial year which is taken Jom the current year's profit based on the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the period ended September 30, 2024 amounting to Rp11 (eleven Rupiah) per share to the shareholders of the Company who have the right to receive interim dividends, taking into account the applicable laws and regulations including the applicable tax regulations.
