Mr. Irwan Tirtariyadi, the President Director of PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (the Company), has passed away peacefully in Jakarta on Sunday, 3 November 2024. 4. | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik / Impact of such material event, information or facts to the operational activities, legal, financial condition or business continuity of the Issuer or Public Company Kegiatan operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan sehingga tidak ada dampak negatif baik secara hukum maupun terhadap kondisi keuangan dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. The Company's operational activities continue to operate, therefore there will not be any negative impact legally, or to the Company's financial condition and business continuity. 5. | Keterangan lain-lain / Other information Perseroan turut berduka cita yang sedalam- dalamnya atas berpulangnya Bapak Irwan Tirtariyadi.
