Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 1 November 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
ELSA) berhasil meraih penghargaan dalam ajang Indonesia
BUMN Awards 2024 yang diselenggarakan oleh Warta
Ekonomi. Penghargaan bertajuk Best BUMN Awards 2024 for
Optimizing Innovation to Strengthen Business Growth and
Resilience dalam kategori Subsidiary Energy, Oil and Gas
Industry ini mengukuhkan Elnusa sebagai perusahaan yang
konsisten mendorong inovasi untuk memperkuat pertumbuhan
dan ketahanan bisnis di tengah tantangan industri energi.
Keberhasilan ini mencerminkan soliditas kinerja keuangan
Elnusa sepanjang 2023. Dengan strategi dan kebijakan yang
tepat, Elnusa mencatatkan laba bersih sebesar Rp 503 miliar,
naik 33,08% dari tahun sebelumnya yang senilai Rp 378,06
miliar. Peningkatan ini didukung oleh total pendapatan yang
mencapai Rp 12,56 triliun, meningkat 2,10% dari 2022.
Pertumbuhan ini turut memperkuat aset perusahaan, yang
meningkat 8,66% menjadi Rp 9,60 triliun pada akhir 2023.
Direktur Utama Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, menyatakan
rasa syukur atas penghargaan ini sebagai hasil dari komitmen
perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan inovasi yang
berkelanjutan. "Kami percaya bahwa penerapan strategi
inovatif adalah kunci untuk menghadapi tantangan industri
energi yang dinamis, sekaligus memberikan nilai tambah
optimal bagi pemangku kepentingan," ujar Bachtiar.
Di sisi tata kelola, Elnusa juga terus menjalankan prinsip-
prinsip GCG (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility,
Independency, dan Fairness) untuk menjaga nilai perusahaan
dan meningkatkan profesionalisme, transparansi, serta
efisiensi pengelolaan bisnis. Implementasi GCG Elnusa
mencakup pengawasan ketat, dukungan pada etika kerja,
serta penggunaan saluran pelaporan whistleblowing di situs
resmi, yang memastikan penerapan GCG secara menyeluruh
di seluruh aspek operasional perusahaan.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, November 1, 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
Facts ELSA) has successfully earned recognition at the Indonesia
BUMN Awards 2024 organized by Warta Ekonomi. The award,
titled Best BUMN Awards 2024 for Optimizing Innovation to
Strengthen Business Growth and Resilience in the Subsidiary
Energy, Oil, and Gas Industry category, cements Elnusa's
position as a company consistently driving innovation to
strengthen business growth and resilience amidst the
challenges of the energy industry.
This achievement reflects the solid financial performance of
Elnusa throughout 2023. With effective strategies and policies,
Elnusa recorded a net profit of IDR 503 billion, a 33.08%
increase from the previous year's figure of IDR 378.06 billion.
This growth was supported by total revenues reaching IDR
12.56 trillion, an increase of 2.10% from 2022. The growth also
strengthened the company's assets, which rose by 8.66% to
IDR 9.60 trillion at the end of 2023.
President Director of Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja,
expressed his gratitude for this award as a result of the
company's commitment to optimizing sustainable innovation.
"We believe that the implementation of innovative strategies is
key to addressing the dynamic challenges of the energy
industry, while also delivering optimal value to our
stakeholders," said Bachtiar.
In terms of governance, Elnusa continues to uphold GCG
(Good Corporate Governance) principles -Transparency,
Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, and Fairness- to
preserve company value and enhance professionalism,
transparency, and efficiency in business management.
Elnusa's GCG implementation includes stringent oversight,
support for workplace ethics, and the use of a whistleblowing
reporting channel on its official website, ensuring the
comprehensive application of GCG across all operational
aspects of the company.
