Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menunjuk Ketentuan IV.2.11. Peraturan BEI No I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini kami
sampaikan bahwa Bank Mandiri Taspen saat ini dalam kondisi
yang sangat baik dan siap untuk memenuhi kewajiban
Pelunasan Pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Bank Mandiri
Taspen Tahap I Tahun 2019 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo
pada tanggal 26 November 2024.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas, pada tanggal 26 April 2024
Bank Mandiri Taspen akan melakukan transfer dana pokok
sebesar Rp300.000.000.000,00 (tiga ratus miliar Rupiah) ke
rekening Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta atas fakta material yang dilaporkan tidak berpengaruh pada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum maupun kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Bank Mandiri Taspen
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Facts concerning Obligations to Submit Information, we hereby
inform you that Bank Mandiri Taspen is currently in a very
good condition and ready to fulfill the obligation to pay off the
Principal Repayment of Bank Mandiri Taspen's Shelf-
Registered Bonds Phase I Year 2019 Series B which will
mature on 26 November 2024.
Based on the foregoing, on April 26, 2024, Bank Mandiri
Taspen will transfer the principal amount of
Rp300,000,000,000.00 (three hundred billion Rupiah) to the
account of the Indonesian Central Security Depository
Impact of event, material information or on the material facts reported do not affect the operational,
facts towards Issuers or Public legal or business continuity of Bank Mandiri Taspen
