Merujuk pada pemanggilan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPSLB”) PT Bakrie Sumatera
Plantations Tbk (“Perseroan”) tanggal 30 April 2026 dan Pengumuman Penundaan RUPSLB tanggal 25
Mei 2026, sehubungan dengan masih adanya tambahan permintaan informasi oleh Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan (“OJK”).

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka RUPSLB yang semula direncanakan akan diselenggarakan di
Jakarta pada hari Rabu, 10 Juni 2026 (sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pengumuman Penundaan RUPSLB
tanggal 25 Mei 2026), ditunda pelaksanaannya menjadi sebagai berikut:

                               NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT
                    EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                          PT BAKRIE SUMATERA PLANTATIONS Tbk

With reference to the invitation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) of PT Bakrie
Sumatera Plantations Tbk (“the Company”) dated April 30, 2026, and the Notice of Postponement of the
EGMS dated May 25, 2026, in light of additional requests for information from the Financial Services
Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or “OJK”).

In connection therewith, the EGMS, which was originally scheduled to be held in Jakarta on Wednesday,
June 10, 2026 (as stated in the Notice of Postponement of the EGMS dated May 25, 2026), has been
postponed as follows:
