Members of the Board of Directors submitted
by the Company through the IDXNet website
on August 8, 2024, we hereby convey that until
the issuance of this Letter, the Company has
not appointed a Director in charge of
accountingffinance.

That the signing of the Statement Leiter of the
Board of Directors on Responsibility for
Financial Statements on September 30, 2024
and December 31, 2023 and for the periods
ending September 30, 2024 and 2023 is only
for the Company's  Interim — Financial
Statements Ouarter 3 of 2024.
