Dengan demikian, Perseroan akan melaporkan hasil penelaahan terbatas atas Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan tanggal 30 September 2024 paling lambat pada 2 Desember 2024 sesuai dengan pemenuhan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. (“the Company”) dated September 30, 2024 With due respect, To comply with the provisions of the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation I-E concerning Obligations to Submit Information, we hereby inform you that the Company's Interim Financial Statements dated September 30, 2024, and for the nine-month period ended on that date are under limited review. The reason/purpose of the limited review of the Financial Statements is as part of the corporate action to be carried out by the Company. The Company will report the results of the limited review of the Company's Interim Financial Statements dated September 30, 2024, at the latest on December 2, 2024, in accordance with the fulfilment of the applicable regulatory reguirements.
