Description of material Pengunduran diri beliau akan efektif setelah diputuskan dalam
information or fact Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham “RUPS”. Perseroan akan
menyelenggarakan RUPS selambat-lambatnya 90 (Sembilan

puluh) hari setelah diterimanya pengunduran diri beliau
sebagaimana diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
In October 29, 2024 Company received the resignation from Estherina
Arianti Djaja from her position as Independen Commissioner.
The resignation will be effective upon decision at the Company General
Meeting Shreholder (GMS). The company will hold GMS no later than
90 (ninety) days after receipt of her resignation letter as stipulated in the
company’s Article of Association.

Saham Luar Biasa sehubungan dengan pengunduran diri
komisaris independen di atas pada tanggal 14 November 2024.

Shareholders in connection with the resignation of the above independent
