Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - Bahwa sebagaimana disampaikan dalam keterbukaan
informasi pada 18 September 2024, Perseroan masih
menghadapi tren penurunan operasi hingga akhir triwulan III
2024 dimana utilisasi diperkirakan akan kurang dari 40%.
- Faktor eksternal berupa kelebihan kapasitas global masih
menjadi penyebab lesunya permintaan.
- Proses pembicaraan restrukturisasi utang yang belum
berkesudahan sejak 2005 memberikan tekanan signifikan
pada modal kerja dan belanja modal Perseroan.
- Perseroan akan menghentikan sementara salah satu unit
produksi yakni Pabrik Kimia dan Serat di Karawang, Jawa
Barat terhitung 1 November 2024.
- Perseroan akan mempertahankan kelangsungan usahanya
melalui operasional terbatas divisi Benang Filamen di Kendal,
Jawa Tengah untuk melayani permintaan essensial pelanggan
tertentu.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Penghentian pabrik yang eksis selama tiga dekade ini akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan mengakibatkan koreksi pendapatan penjualan tahunan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan hingga 52%.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau - Dalam periode secepatnya 60 (enam puluh) hari sejak

peluang pemanfaatan fasilitas produksi perseoran
- Perseroan secara proaktif menindaklanjuti dan berupaya
mempercepat pembahasan konsep restrukturisasi dengan
semua kreditor yang sedang berjalan untuk memberikan akses
normal Perseoran ke perbankan.

Description of Material Information or - As previously reported in the information disclosure on
Facts September 18 2024, the Company has been experiencing the
downward trend in operations as of the end of Q3 2024. The
consolidated production utilization is estimated to reach below
40% level.
- The external factors of global excess capacity and import
activities of dumping product are still the main cause of the
sluggish demand.
- The stalled process of debt restructuring discussion since
2005 has put significant pressures on the Company's working
capital and capital expenditure.
- The Company will temporarily stop the operation one of its
production units: the Chemical and Fibre Plant in Karawang,
West Java starting November 1 2024.
- The Company will maintain going concern through limited
operations of its Filament Yarn division in Kendal, Central Java
and continue to service critical customer requirements.
Impact of event, material information or - The temporary stoppage of this three-decades operating unit

maximize company's production facilities utilization.
- The company is proactively following up and putting
maximum efforts to expedite the ongoing discussion on the
debt restructuring concept in order to provide the Company
with a normal access to banks.
