Referring to the disclosure of information on the plan to increase capital without pre-emptive rights by
the Company on 28 August 2024 and 4 October 2024, the resolution of the extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders of PT MD Entertainment Tbk (”Company”) held on 8 October 2024, the
application for additional share listing submitted by the Company to the Indonesia Stock Exchange
(”IDX”) dated 18 October 2024 based on IDX Regulation No. I-A, Appendix to IDX Board of Directors
Resolution No. Kep-00101/IDX/12-2021 concerning the Listing of Shares and Equity Securities Other
Than Shares Issued by Listed Companies announcement of the plan to increase capital without pre-
emptive rights by the Company on 18 October 2024 in accordance with the provisions of Article 43A of
the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 on Amendments to Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015 on Capital Increase of Public Companies with Pre-
Emptive Rights (”POJK No. 14/2019”), in order to comply with the provisions of Article 43B POJK No.
14/2019, the Company hereby announces the results of the capital increase without pre-emptive rights
(”Capital Increase”), as follows:
Implementation Date of Capital : 25 October 2024

Date of listing the new shares on the : 28 October 2024
Indonesia Stock Exchange
Number of new shares issued in : 216,322,660 new shares of the Company with a
connection with Capital Increase nominal value of Rp100 per share
Exercise Price of Capital Increase : IDR 3,060 per share
Party(ies) subscribed the new shares in : PT Samuel International
Capital Increase
Plan of Use of Capital Increase : Partial funding for a series of transactions carried out
Proceess in the framework of the acquisition of PT Net Visi
Media Tbk by the Company.
After the Capital Increase, the total issued and paid-up capital of the Company will increase from
9,511,217,000 shares or with a total nominal value of Rp951,121,700,000, to 9,727,539,660 shares or
with a total nominal value of IDR 972,753,966,000.
