                           I.       NPR IMPLEMENTATION RESULTS


Referring to (i) the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company
held on October 8, 2024, (ii) the application for listing of additional shares to the Indonesia Stock
Exchange on October 18, 2024 based on the Regulation of the Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX")
No. I-A as provided in the Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the IDX No. Kep-
00101/BEI/12-2021 concerning the Listing of Shares and Equity Securities Other Than Shares
Issued by Listed Companies, and (iii) information disclosure on the NPR plan by the Company which
has been carried out on 18 October 2024 to comply with Article 43A POJK 14/2019, then in order to
fulfill the provisions of Article 43B POJK 14/2019, the Company hereby announces the results of the
implementation of the NPR by the Company, as follows:

 1.    Number of Shares Issued in     :   29,633,929,102 Class B shares

 8.    The subscribing parties in     :   a) PT MD       Entertainment Tbk.         ("FILM")    for
       the NPR                               25.220.946.827 Class B shares

                                          b) Newton Capital Ltd ("NCL") for 4.412.982.275 Class
                                             B shares

 9.    Use of Proceeds of the NPR     :   a) Rp.220,649,113,788 (two hundred twenty billion six
                                             hundred forty-nine million one hundred thirteen
                                             thousand seven hundred eighty-eight Rupiah) was
                                             done in the context of conversion of receivables
                                             owned by NCL against the Company;

                                          b) Rp.661,947,341,364 (six hundred sixty-one billion
                                             nine hundred forty-seven million three hundred forty-
                                             one thousand three hundred sixty-four Rupiah) was
                                             done in the context of conversion of receivables
                                             owned by FILM against the Company; and

                                          c) Rp.599.100.000.000 (five hundred ninety nine billion
                                             one hundred million Rupiah) in the form of cash
                                             injection from FILM to be used by the Company for
                                             capital injection in PT Net Mediatama Televisi
                                             ("NMT"), a controlled company of the Company,
                                             including to fund NMT's working capital needs, and
                                             debt repayment of NMT.




As of the execution of the NPR, FILM has become the controller of the Company.
