Referring to the Information Disclosure dated July 31, 2023 in order to comply with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Material Information or Facts for Issuers or Public Companies, where the Company as the Parent, PT Tower Bersama (a subsidiary) as the Initial Borrower and the Group of Subsidiaries as the Original Guarantors signed a USD35,000,000 Revolving Loan Facility agreement with the Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (the Lender) on July 28, 2023. The Company as the Parent, PT Tower Bersama (a subsidiary) as the Initial Borrower dan the group of subsidiaries as the Original Guarantors has signed an Amendment Agreement with changes related to the loan facility received to USD10,000,000 and the final repayment date being in October 2025. 4.
