Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) mencapai kenaikan
laba kotor sebesar 17,21% pada kuartal III tahun 2024,
dengan margin laba kotor sebesar 33,45%. Kenaikan margin
laba kotor ini mengindikasikan BLES berhasil meningkatkan
efisiensi produksinya jika dibandingkan dengan kuartal III
tahun 2023 yang mencatat margin laba kotor sebesar 30,28%.
Sampai dengan kuartal III tahun ini BLES membukukan laba
kotor sebesar Rp 345 milyar dari nilai penjualan sebesar Rp
1,032 trilyun. Periode yang sama di tahun lalu mencatat laba
kotor sebesar Rp 295 milyar dari nilai penjualan sebesar Rp
973 milyar.
Kinerja bottom line di kuartal III ini juga menunjukkan
pertumbuhan dimana laba bersih dan EBITDA Perseroan
masing-masing mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 19,31% dan
12,10% jika dibandingkan periode yang sama di tahun 2023.
Total nilai aset BLES di kuartal III tahun 2024 pun bertambah
sebesar 19,56% jika dibandingkan dengan periode Desember
tahun 2023.
Manajemen menyampaikan bahwa kinerja Perseroan di
kuartal III ini antara lain didukung dengan telah beroperasinya
kembali pabrik 1 Mojokerto dan pabrik 2 Lamongan, yang
sebelumnya di kuartal II dilakukan upgrading capacity. Total
kapasitas terpasang BLES saat ini adalah 4,6 juta m3 per
tahun dari sebelumnya di tahun 2023 sebesar 3,2 juta m3 per
tahun.
Ditambahkan pula, bahwa saat ini BLES sedang melakukan
pembangunan pabrik 5 di Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah. Pabrik
yang direncanakan beroperasi di pertengahan tahun 2025
memiliki kapasitas terpasang sebesar 1 juta m3 per tahun,
sehingga total kapasitas terpasang BLES menjadi 5,6 juta m3
per tahun.

Description of Material Information or PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) achieved a gross profit
Facts increase of 17.21% in the third quarter of 2024 with a gross
profit margin of 33.45%. This increase in gross profit margin
indicates that BLES has succeeded in increasing its production
efficiency when compared to the third quarter of 2023 which
recorded a gross profit margin of 30.28%. As of the third
quarter of this year, BLES recorded a gross profit of IDR 345
billion from sales value of IDR 1.032 trillion. The same period
last year recorded a gross profit of IDR 295 billion from sales
value of IDR 973 billion.
The bottom line performance in the third quarter also showed
growth where the Company's net profit and EBITDA each
experienced growth of 19.31% and 12.10% when compared to
the same period in 2023. The total value of BLES assets in the
third quarter of 2024 also experienced an increase. amounting
to 19.56% compared to the December 2023 period.
Management stated that the Company's performance in the
third quarter was supported, among other things, by the re-
operation of Plant 1 Mojokerto and Plant 2 Lamongan, which
had previously increased capacity in the second quarter. The
total installed capacity of BLES is currently 4.6 million m3 per
year from previously in 2023 of 3.2 million m3 per year.
Management also added that currently BLES is building Plant
5 in Banjarnegara, Central Java. This Plant, which is planned
to operate in mid-2025, has an installed capacity of 1 million
m3 per year, bringing the total installed capacity of BLES to
5.6 million m3 per year.
