                                               Plan for Cessation of Operational Activities
 Type of Material Information or Facts

 Description of Material Information or        At the time of 'going public', the Company was the largest
 Facts                                         aluminum sheet (rolling) producing industry in Southeast Asia.
                                               Since 2018, during the global economic crisis, the Company
                                               has been affected by the stipulation of import duties to
                                               America, which is the main export destination country. The
                                               company has tried to find new sales markets and collaborate
                                               with investors/partners in the aluminum sheet business sector.
                                               However, these efforts have not yielded results so that the
                                               Company's revenue continues to decline to its lowest point
                                               from the initial sales quantity of around 10,000 tons/per month
                                               to less than 2,000 tons/month.
                                               In addition to efforts to improve operations, through the
                                               General Meeting of Shareholders on December 7 2021, the
                                               Company's shareholders also agreed to increase capital
                                               without pre-emptive rights in the amount of IDR
                                               800,000,000,000 (eight hundred billion Rupiah) to help ease
                                               the burden the Company's debt costs. Furthermore, the
                                               Company's management continued to provide its best efforts
                                               for the continuity of the Company's business, until finally
                                               management decided to stop operating activities for an
                                               undetermined period of time.

                                              Until now, the Company's management is still trying to find
                                              investors/partners to find new market targets and improve
                                              operational facilities
                                              iv. Legal Status:
                                              - There are no legal problems arising from the cessation of
                                              operational activities
                                              - So far there has been no change in the Company's legal
                                              status

As of June 30 2024, public ownership of the Company's shares was 99,345,200 shares or 2.61% of all Company
shares.
