 Advancing Together with Indonesia Raya: Elnusa Commemorates
                  the 96th Youth Pledge Day
Jakarta, 28 October 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) celebrated the 96th Youth Pledge Day by holding a flag-raising ceremony
at the Graha Elnusa field. The event was attended by the entire management and employees of the Elnusa Group. Arief
Prasetyo Handoyo, Elnusa's Director of Business Development, served as the Ceremony Leader, delivering a message that
inspired unity and innovation among Elnusa’s youth.

In his speech, Arief emphasized the importance of the national values inherited from the youth of 1928. “The Youth Pledge
is a historic milestone demonstrating a commitment to unity in diversity. These values must continue to resonate so that
Indonesia becomes stronger and adaptable to any changes,” Arief remarked.

Quoting the official address from the Indonesian Minister of Youth and Sports, Arief explained that the theme of this year’s
commemoration, "Advancing Together with Indonesia Raya," calls on all elements of the nation, including Elnusa’s youth,
to actively participate in national development. “Elnusa’s youth must innovate and develop their creativity. We are
committed to providing them with the space and opportunities to contribute according to their competencies and
passions,” he added.

Arief also expressed his appreciation for the contributions of Elnusa’s youth, who have demonstrated leadership and
initiative across various sectors. He highlighted the need to enhance youth services and governance to ensure that Elnusa’s
young talent can continue to grow. “A prosperous and thriving Indonesia requires all of us to participate actively. Let’s work
together to advance both Elnusa and the nation,” he concluded.

Through this ceremony, Elnusa aims to reinforce its commitment to developing highly skilled and competitive human
