sebesar Rp 183.228.402.440 sedangkan pada akhir periode 31 Desember
2023 Perseroan membukukan Total Liabilitas sebesar Rp 162.422.114.987.

Total Liabilitas Perseroan pada akhir 30 September 2024 mengalami
kenaikan sebesar Rp 20.806.287.453 atau naik 12,81” dibandingkan Total
Liabilitas Perseroan pada periode 31 Desember 2023.

Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange
Number. KEP-306/BEJ/07-2004 Rule Number 1-E concerning Obligation to
Submit Information Article 1Il.1.4., PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. (the
“Company”) submits an explanation for changes of more than 204 in the
Unaudited Interim Financial Statement for the period January 15!, 2024 —
September 30"t, 2024, with the following explanation:

The Interim Statement of Financial Position, it can be conveyed that the
Company's Total Assets and Liabilities as of September 30" 2024 did not
change by more than 20”5 compared to the Company's Total Assets and
Liabilities as of December 3151, 2023.

Total Company's Assets

The Company's Total Assets at the end of September 30st, 2024 were
recorded at IDR 593,422,130,526 while at the end of December 31st, 2023
the Company recorded Total Assets of IDR 560,353,325,935.

The Company's Total Assets at the end of September 30st, 2024
experienced an increased by IDR 33,068,804,591 or an increased by 5.90”
compared to the Company's Total Assets at the end of December 3151, 2023.

Total Company's Liabilities

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of September 30"t, 2024 were
recorded at IDR 183,228,402,440 while at the end of December 31:t, 2023
the Company recorded a Total Liabilities of IDR 162,422,114,987.

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of June 30'', 2024 increased by

IDR 20,306,287,453 or 12.81” compared to the Company's Total Liabilities
in the period of December 315t, 2023.
