- PT Petrosea Infrastruktur Nusantara (PIN) - PT Petrosea Infrastruktur Nusantara (PIN)
didirikan dengan tujuan utama was established with the main objective of

Perusahaan ini akan berfokus pada

dilakukan untuk memperkuat kemampuan
kedua Perusahaan dalam memberikan
pelayanan terintegrasi kepada seluruh
klien. Saat ini, ekspansi yang agresif
dilakukan oleh Petrindo di Kalimantan
Tengah, dimana  Petrindo memiliki
beberapa aset tambang yang dikelola oleh
Petrosea. Selanjutnya, Petrosca juga akan
mengoptimalkan aset infrastruktur yang
ada untuk mendapatkan proyek baru
lainnya disekitar area Petrindo sehingga
terus mendukung pengembangan lini

diinformasikan, berapa total nilai dari

tambahan kontrak baru di sisa tahun ini?
Apakah kontrak-kontrak baru tersebut
sudah bisa langsung dibukukan pada tahun
2024? atau mulai tahun berapa?

focus on providing infrastructure solution
services, especially for developing projects
in Central Kalimantan and Eastern
Indonesia.

Until the end of October 2024, the BP
Berau Project has achieved progress of
around 22”6. Meanwhile, the PT Pasir Bara
Prima project has made its first cut in
September 2024 and recorded an
overburden removal volume of 200,000
BCM.

How is the synergy between Petrindo and
Petrosea?

Future prospects for the newly established
subsidiary (Petrosea Infrastruktur
Nusantara)

Answer:

The synergy between Petrosea and Petrindo
is carried out to strengthen the ability of
both companies to provide integrated
services to all clients. Currently, aggressive
expansion is being carried out by Petrindo
in Central Kalimantan, where Petrindo has
several mining assets managed by Petrosea.
Furthermore, Petrosea will also optimize
existing infrastructure assets to obtain other
new projects around the Petrindo area so as
to continue to support the development of
the mining contract business line.

In the public exposure material, it was
stated that there were five new contracts
obtained by Petrosea during 2024. Can you
provide information on the total value of
the new contracts? Will there be additional
new contracts in the remainder of this year?
Can the new contracts be booked directly in
2024? or starting in what year?

-  Petrosea menyiapkan capex sekitar
US$ 400 juta untuk tahun 2024 dan 2025.
Apakah dapat dirinci alokasi capex untuk
tahun 2024 dan 2025, nilai dan
penggunaannya? Sampai dengan O3-
2024, bagaimana realisasi capex Petrosea?

Jawaban:

- Nilai total kontrak baru yang berhasil
diperoleh saat ini mencapai US$1,9 miliar
dan diharapkan akan terus meningkat pada
tahun 2025. Hal ini merupakan bagian dari
komitmen Perseroan untuk terus
berkembang. Sebagian pendapatan dari
proyek-proyek tersebut akan
direalisasikan pada pendapatan Petrosea
untuk 402024, dan sebagian besar akan
direalisasikan untuk pendapatan 192025.

- Anggaran capex untuk tahun 2024 dan
2025 ditetapkan sebesar US$400 juta,
dengan alokasi anggaran untuk 492024
sebesar US$134 juta dan sepanjang
102025 hingga 202025 sebesar US$250
juta. Capex tersebut akan digunakan untuk
proyek proyek baru yang berada di
wilayah Kalimantan Tengah.

-  Aparencana bisnis untuk anak perusahaan

yang baru dibentuk di bidang infra 3 tahun
kedepan? Apakah akan ada akuisisi asset
infra tambang dalam waktu dekat?

Jawaban:

- Setelah mendirikan PT  Petrosea
Infrastruktur Nusantara, Perseroan sedang
melakukan beberapa due diligence atas
aset-aset yang kemungkinan akan
diakusisi oleh Perseroan dan beberapa aset
organik yang akan dibangun oleh
Perseroan. Melalui pendirian PT Petrosea
Infrastruktur Nusantara, kami berharap
akan memperkuat posisi Petrosea, tidak
hanya sebagai kontraktor EPC yang hanya
membangun aset, tetapi juga memperkuat
posisi Petrosea sebagai kontraktor
pertambangan.

-  Petrosea has prepared Capex of around
US$ 400 million for 2024 and 2025. Can
you detail the capex allocation for 2024 and
2025, in value and usage? Up to 03-2024,
what is Petrosea's capex realization?

Answer:

- The value of total new contracts
successfully obtained has  reached
USS 1.9 billion and is expected to continue
to increase in 2025. This is part of the
Company's commitment of continued
growth. Part of the revenue from these
projects will be realized in Petrosea's
revenue for 402024 and mostly will be
realized for 192025 revenue.

-  Capex budget for 2024 and 2025 has been
determined at US$400 million, with a
budget aallocation for 402024 of
US$134 million and throughout 102025 to
202025 of US$250 million. The capex will
be utilized for new projects located in
Central Kalimantan.

Second Session

Ouestion:

- What is the business plan for the newly
formed subsidiary in the infrastructure
sector for the next 3 years? Will there be
acguisitions of mining infrastructure assets
in the ncar future?

Answer:

- After establishing PT Petrosea
Infrastruktur Nusantara, the Company is
conducting several due diligences on assets
that could be acguired by the Company and
several organic assets that will be
developed by the Company. Through the
establishment of PT Petrosea Infrastruktur
Nusantara, we hope to strengthen
Petrosea's position, not only as an EPC
contractor that only develops assets, but
also strengthen Petrosca's position as a
mining contractor.

- Kedepannya, fokus Petrosea apakah hanya
ke IUP milik Petrindo atau bisa ke
perusahaan lain dalam group Barito?

Jawaban:

- Saat ini, sebagian besar kontrak yang
dimiliki Petrosea memiliki durasi hingga
tahun 2028. Beberapa kontrak lainnya
sedang dalam proses perpanjangan untuk
melebihi tahun 2028.

- Fokus Petrosea tidak hanya memperoleh
pada kontrak-kontrak yang ada didalam
grup Petrindo, di mana saat ini kontribusi
proyek dari grup tersebut berkisar antara
20x hingga 3096, sementara kontribusi
proyek dari luar group mencapai 7046
hingga 8096. Tahun ini, Perseroan
memproyeksikan produksi sebesar 112
juta BCM, yang diperkirakan akan
meningkat sekitar 8594 tahun depan atau
mencapai produksi 200 juta BCM.
Peningkatan ini akan diperoleh dari
berbagai kontrak baru serta kontrak-
kontrak yang telah diperpanjang.

Jawaban:

- Terkait pertumbuhan Petrosea di tahun
2025 dan tahun selanjutnya, perlu kita
ketahui bahwa di tahun 2024 Perseroan
telah berhasil memperoleh beberapa
kontrak baru dan pembiayaan-pembiayaan
untuk pengembangan proyek. Beberapa
kontrak baru juga masih dalam tahap
kajian.

- In relation to the change of its controller,
will Petrosea be able to secure contracts
from existing clients? (considering that
several clients are mostly related to the
previous controller)

- In the future, will Petrosea only focus on
IUP's owned by Petrindo or also other
companies within the Barito group?

Answer:

-  Currently, most of Petrosea's contracts
have a duration until 2028. Several other
contracts are in the process of being
extended beyond 2028.

-  Petrosea's focus is not only on contracts
within the Petrindo group, where currently
the project contribution from the group
ranges from 20Y6 to 3046, while project
contributions from outside the group
reaches 70Y5 to 8040. This year, the
Company is projecting a production of 112
million BCM, which is expected to increase
by around 85Y6 next year or reach a
production of 200 million BCM. This
increase will be obtained from various new
contracts and contracts that have been
extended.

- For2025 and beyond, will Petrosea's growth
will be more organic or inorganic?

Answer:

- Regarding Petrosea's growth in 2025 and
beyond, what needs to be knows is that in
2024 the Company has succeeded in
obtaining several new contracts and
financing for project development. Several
new contracts are also currently under
review.

Tentu hal ini menjadi sebuah fondasi yang
baik bagi Petrosea untuk mengembangkan
operasional di tahun 2025 dan seterusnya.
Petrosea terbuka terhadap peluang
pertumbuhan inorganic. Namun, hingga
saat ini belum terdapat keterbukaan
informasi yang dapat kami sampaikan,
sehingga hal ini tentu menjadi sebuah
harapan bagi kami untuk terus bisa
memberikan kontribusi yang positif bagi
para pemegang saham Petrosea.

This is a good foundation for Petrosea to
develop its operations in 2025 and beyond.
Petrosea is open to inorganic growth
opportunities. However, currently no
disclosure of information can be shared, and
there is certainly hope for us to continue to
be provide positive contributions to
Petrosea's shareholders.
