RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja dengan
Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Ibu Dagmar Z. Djamal untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan
perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Bahwa dengan memperhatikan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tetang Peraturan Penggunaan Jasa Akuntan Publik
dan Kantor Akuntan Publik dalam Kegiatan Jasa Keuangan. Pembatasan penggunaan jasa audit untuk informasi
keuangan historis tahunan Perseroan Akuntan Publik memilki jangka waktu maksimal lima tahun untuk menjalankan
perannya. Namun sebagaimana telah diinforimasikan oleh Pengendalian Sistem Standar Internal Kantor Akuntan Publik
terdapat kebijakan internal dari KAP terkait rotasi Akuntan Publik yang menangani audit untuk informasi keuangan
historis tahunan Perseroan.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 13 June 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mrs. Dagmar Z. Djamal To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Whereas in provision of the Financial Services Authority Regulation on the Regulation on the Use of Public Accountant
Services and Public Accounting Firm in Financial Services Activities. Restrictions on the use of audit services for the
Company's annual historical financial information Public Accountants have a maximum period of five years to carry out
their role. However, as informed by the Internal Standard System Control of the Public Accounting Firm, there is an
internal policy of the Public Accounting Firm regarding the rotation of Public Accountants who handle audits for the
Company's annual historical financial information.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
