perubahan pemegang saham dari JRBM.
With reference to the information disclosure submitted by the
Company through letter No. JRAP/SKLR/CSD/2026/IX/041 dated 11
May 2026 regarding the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement for
shares in JRBM, the Company hereby announces that it has obtained
approval from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources
(“MEMR”) for the change in shareholders of JRBM.

4. Dampak kejadian, Dengan adanya persetujuan ESDM tersebut, Perseroan dapat
