Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 25 Oktober 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), sukses
menyelenggarakan Forum Sharing Continuous Improvement
Program (CIP) Elnusa Group 2024 pada 21 hingga 24 Oktober
2024. Kegiatan ini merupakan ajang tahunan yang
mempertemukan ide dan inovasi dari berbagai tim di Elnusa
Group sebagai bentuk komitmen perusahaan untuk terus
berinovasi dan meningkatkan keunggulan operasional.
Dengan mengusung tema "Driving Innovation, Delivering
Excellence for Sustainable Business," Forum Sharing CIP
tahun ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi berkelanjutan tidak
hanya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga
untuk menciptakan solusi baru yang relevan dengan dinamika
industri.
Direktur SDM & Umum Elnusa, Hera Handayani
menyampaikan bahwa inovasi adalah fondasi utama bagi
Elnusa untuk mempertahankan daya saing dan mencapai
keunggulan berkelanjutan. "Forum CIP ini memberikan ruang
bagi Perwira Mutu Elnusa untuk berbagi dan mengembangkan
ide-ide inovatif yang memberikan dampak nyata bagi
perusahaan dan industri. Kami berharap, melalui forum ini,
Elnusa semakin siap untuk bersaing di tingkat nasional dan
internasional," ujar Hera.
Dari 318 tim CIP yang terdaftar, sebanyak 105 tim berhasil
lolos seleksi dan tampil di forum tahun ini. Tim tersebut terbagi
ke dalam beberapa kategori, 51 tim PC Prove, 33 tim FT
Prove, 9 tim I Prove, dan 12 tim RT Prove. Sementara itu, 213
tim lainnya berpartisipasi sebagai non-forum peserta, tetap
berkontribusi dengan berbagai ide dan inovasi yang relevan
bagi pengembangan bisnis Elnusa Group.
Berdasarkan hasil penjurian pada Forum Sharing CIP Elnusa
Grup 2024, total value creation real yang telah dihasilkan di
tahun berjalan (Januari-Sept 2024) senilai Rp 280 miliar,
dengan rincian Revenue growth senilai Rp 117,2 miliar, Cost
saving senilai Rp 72,7 miliar, dan Cost avoidance senilai Rp
90,1 miliar.
Sebagai bentuk apresiasi, Elnusa memberikan penghargaan
kepada tim-tim dengan inovasi terbaik melalui Awarding
Ceremony pada 24 Oktober. Tim-tim yang meraih prestasi
tertinggi akan mendapatkan golden ticket untuk berkompetisi
di ajang Upstream Improvement Innovation Award (UIIA) 2024
yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE).
Selain itu, beberapa tim unggulan juga dipersiapkan untuk
berpartisipasi dalam Annual Pertamina Quality Award (APQA)
di tingkat nasional.
Forum Sharing CIP Elnusa Group 2024 ini merupakan salah
satu bentuk implementasi Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
dalam program Quality Management (QM) dari Subholding
Upstream Pertamina. Elnusa berkomitmen untuk terus
melahirkan inovasi dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan demi
keberlanjutan bisnis.
Melalui kegiatan ini, Elnusa berharap bahwa gagasan-
gagasan yang dihasilkan tidak hanya berdampak positif pada
operasional internal, tetapi juga dapat diimplementasikan
secara luas di seluruh anak perusahaan dan unit bisnis
Pertamina Group. Inovasi yang dihasilkan dari CIP ini menjadi
kunci bagi Elnusa dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis dan

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 25 October 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa),
Facts successfully held the Elnusa Group 2024 Continuous
Improvement Program (CIP) Sharing Forum on October 21-24,
2024. This activity is an annual event that brings together
ideas and innovations from various teams in the Elnusa Group
as a form of the company's commitment to continue to
innovate and improve operational excellence.
With the theme "Driving Innovation, Delivering Excellence for
Sustainable Business," this year's CIP Sharing Forum
emphasizes the importance of continuous innovation not only
to improve operational efficiency but also to create new
solutions that are relevant to industry dynamics.
Elnusa's HR & General Director, Hera Handayani said that
innovation is the main foundation for Elnusa to maintain
competitiveness and achieve sustainable excellence. "This
CIP Forum provides space for Elnusa Quality Officers to share
and develop innovative ideas that have a real impact on the
company and industry. We hope that through this forum,
Elnusa will be more ready to compete at the national and
international levels," said Hera.
Of the 318 registered CIP teams, 105 teams successfully
passed the selection and appeared at this year's forum. The
teams were divided into several categories, 51 PC Prove
teams, 33 FT Prove teams, 9 I Prove teams, and 12 RT Prove
teams. Meanwhile, 213 other teams participated as non-forum
participants, continuing to contribute with various ideas and
innovations that are relevant to the development of the Elnusa
Group's business.
Based on the results of the judging at the 2024 Elnusa Group
CIP Sharing Forum, the total real value creation that has been
generated in the current year (January-September 2024) is
worth IDR 280 billion, with details of Revenue growth of IDR
117.2 billion, Cost saving of IDR 72.7 billion, and Cost
avoidance worth IDR 90.1 billion.
As a form of appreciation, Elnusa gave awards to the teams
with the best innovations through the Awarding Ceremony on
October 24. The teams with the highest achievements will
receive a golden ticket to compete in the Upstream
Improvement Innovation Award (UIIA) 2024 event organized
by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE). In addition, several
leading teams are also prepared to participate in the Annual
Pertamina Quality Award (APQA) at the national level.
The 2024 Elnusa Group CIP Sharing Forum is a form of
implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in the
Quality Management (QM) program of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding. Elnusa is committed to continuing to
create innovation and improve service quality for business
sustainability.
Through this activity, Elnusa hopes that the ideas generated
will not only have a positive impact on internal operations, but
can also be implemented widely across all Pertamina Group
subsidiaries and business units. The innovations generated
from this CIP are key for Elnusa in facing business challenges
and ensuring the sustainability of the company in the future.
