ANNOUNCEMENT OF CANCELLATION OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Referring to the Invitation to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Information
Technology Indonesia Tbk ("the Company") which has been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and
has been published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange website, the Company website, and the PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek website Indonesia Number: 352/ITI/D-YT/X/2024 on 17 October 2024, it is hereby notified to the
Company's Shareholders that the Company's EGMS which was originally scheduled to be held on 8 November
2024 at 14.00 WIB – finished at the Company's Head Office, Graha Orange Jl. Mampang Prpt. Raya Gg. H.
Marzuki No.3, RT.6/RW.6, Mampang Prpt., Kec. Mampang Prpt., South Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of
Jakarta 12790, CANCELED.
In accordance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020
concerning Planning and Organizing General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies, notification of
the cancellation of this EGMS will also be submitted via the Indonesian Stock Exchange website, the eASY.KSEI
website and the Company's website.
