 Description of Material Information or       1. Revenue Growth
 Facts                                        Operating revenue surged by 41.7% to Rp 156.58 billion, up
                                              from Rp 110.46 billion in the same period of the previous year.

                                              2. Operating Profit Turnaround
                                              The Company successfully recorded a positive operating profit
                                              of Rp 6.74 billion in the first half of 2026, reversing the
                                              operating loss of Rp 1.15 billion seen in the same period last
                                              year (first half of 2025), driven by solid control over operating
                                              expenses.

                                              3. Improved Profitability
                                              Gross profit rose by 56.2% to Rp 22.60 billion, with the Gross
                                              Profit Margin (GPM) increasing by 134 bps to 14.44%. Profit
                                              for the year soared to reach Rp 12.55 billion.

                                              4. Financial Health and Expansion
                                              The Company pursued expansion with an investment outlay of
                                              Rp 33.96 billion for a factory facility, where the completion rate
                                              has surpassed 83%. This expansion aims to meet a production
                                              volume target of 1,594,062 units.

                                              5. Shareholder Value
                                              The Company fully executed a cash dividend payment of Rp
                                              10 billion to shareholders on July 2, 2026.
