10791/BEI.PP3/10-2024.

Dengan hormat,

Merujuk pada Surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-
10791/BEI.PP3/10-2024 yang kami terima pada tanggal 15
Oktober 2024, perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Bursa. Dapat kami
berikan penjelasan tambahan atas pertanyaan PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia sebagai berikut :

1. Agar disampaikan kerugian apa saja yang dialami
Perseroaan baik material (informasi nilai) misal asset,
persediaan, produk yang ikut terbakar maupun non material.

Penjelasan:
Kami masih belum dapat memberikan nilai pasti besarnya

kerugian ukibat kebakaran tersebut karena saat ini masih
dalam proses klaim asuransi dan belum selesai.

Kami juga sedang dalam proses meminta penawaran dari
pemasok seperti kontraktor bangunan, mesin dan peralatan.
Estimasi kerugian Perseroan berkisar sebesar Rp40 milyar
rupiah.

Re: Explanation of the letter of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No.
S-10791/BEI.PP3/10-2024.

Dear Mr/Mrs,

Referring to the Letter of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-
10791/BEI.PP3/10-2024 which we received on October 15,
2024, regarding Reguest for explanation. We can provide
additional explanations to the guestion of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia as follows:

I. In order to convey what losses experienced by the Company
both material (value information) such as assets, inventory,
burned products and non-material.

Explan:
We are still unable to provide an exact estimate of the extent

of the losses caused by the fire because the insurance claim
is currently still in the process and has not yet been
completed. :

We are also in the process of reguesting offers from
suppliers such as building contractors, machinery and
eguipment.

The company's estimated losses are around IDR 40 billion.

Thus we convey this notification. We thank you for your
attention.
