Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan Adaptif Hadapi Ketidakpastian Global Lewat
Strategi Bisnis yang Prudent
Jakarta, 9 Juni 2026, PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL)
memutuskan membagikan dividen sejumlah Rp 331,5 miliar,
atau 40,7% dari perolehan laba bersih tahun 2025. Dengan
demikian, setiap saham dari perusahaan penyedia solusi
terpadu untuk produk dan solusi Teknologi Informasi dan
Komunikasi (TIK) ini akan menerima Rp 27 per lembar saham.
Keputusan tersebut dibuat dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan (RUPST) MTDL pada tanggal 9 Juni 2026 di
Hotel Pullman, Jakarta.
Konsistensi dalam pembagian dividen merupakan bagian dari
komitmen Perseroan dalam memberikan nilai tambah kepada
pemegang saham. Kemampuan membukukan kinerja positif
secara berkelanjutan dan menjaga kebijakan dividen yang
atraktif menjadikan MTDL sebagai salah satu hidden gem di
pasar modal Indonesia, kata Presiden Direktur MTDL, Susanto
Djaja.
Apalagi di tengah dinamika industri dan volatilitas pasar saat
ini, MTDL terbukti mampu memberikan imbal hasil investasi
yang menarik bagi investor, baik melalui potensi pertumbuhan
bisnis maupun pembagian dividen secara rutin dari tahun ke
tahun. Tahun ini pun, dalam kondisi ekonomi dan geopolitik
yang dinamis Perseroan tetap membukukan kinerja positif.
Dimana pada kuartal pertama 2026, pendapatan MTDL
tercatat sebesar Rp 6,7 triliun, naik 21,4% YoY. Perolehan
laba bersih sebesar Rp 158,9 miliar atau naik 3,4% YoY.
Adaptif
Panasnya kondisi geopolitik serta gejolak ekonomi global telah
meningkatkan ketidakpastian ekonomi Indonesia, sehingga
terjadi pergeseran pola belanja menjadi lebih selektif.
Menyadari hal tersebut, Perseroan memilih melakukan
langkah-langkah adaptif sebagai respon yang cerdas
terhadap perkembangan situasi bisnis dan ekonomi.
Dalam hal agenda pertumbuhan, MTDL akan meningkatkan
fokus pada perluasan portofolio, pendalaman interaksi dengan
pelanggan, dan penguatan bisnis yang menghasilkan
pendapatan berulang.
Pada Unit Bisnis Solusi dan Konsultasi Digital, Perseroan akan
menata ulang arsitektur solusi, memperluas kolaborasi dengan
prinsipal baru yang mengusung teknologi alternatif yang
efisien. Adapun pada Unit Bisnis Distribusi Digital, Perseroan
akan memanfaatkan keunggulan portofolio produk dan solusi
yang dimiliki. Performa ini juga didukung oleh penambahan
ragam produk smartphone dan notebook untuk menjawab
kebutuhan konsumen secara menyeluruh.
Di tengah situasi pasar TIK nasional yang penuh tantangan,
Perseroan optimis bahwa pertumbuhan Unit Bisnis Solusi dan
Konsultasi Digital pada tahun 2026 akan tetap prospektif.
Perseroan melihat, pengaktifan proyek-proyek strategis
pemerintah dan BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) akan
membuka peluang lebih lebar kepada MTDL untuk
menawarkan rangkaian solusi teknologi ke sektor publik dan
korporasi.

Selain dari proyek-proyek strategis pemerintah, kebutuhan
industri untuk menekan pengeluaran, modernisasi data,
memastikan keamanan siber, dan memanfaatkan cloud untuk
berbagai proses bisnis juga akan menciptakan permintaan
layanan kepada Perseroan, tutup Susanto.

Description of Material Information or Company Adapts to Global Uncertainty with Prudent Business
Facts Strategy
Jakarta, April 9th 2026, PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL)
has decided to distribute dividends totaling Rp 331.5 billion, or
40.7% of its 2025 net profit. Therefore, each share of this
integrated solutions provider for Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) products and solutions will
receive Rp 27 per share. The decision was made at MTDLs
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on June 9,
2026, at the Pullman Hotel, Jakarta.
Consistency in dividend distribution is part of the Company's
commitment to providing added value to shareholders. Our
ability to record sustained positive performance and maintain
an attractive dividend policy makes MTDL one of the hidden
gems in the Indonesian capital market, said MTDL President
Director, Susanto Djaja.
Furthermore, amidst current industry dynamics and market
volatility, MTDL has proven capable of providing attractive
investment returns for investors, both through potential
business growth and consistent dividend distributions year
after year. This year, even amidst dynamic economic and
geopolitical conditions, the Company has continued to post
positive performance. In the first quarter of 2026, MTDLs
revenue was recorded at IDR 6.7 trillion, up 21.4% year on
year. Net profit was IDR 158.9 billion, up 3.4% year on year.
Adaptive
The heightened geopolitical tensions and global economic
turmoil have increased uncertainty in the Indonesian economy,
leading to a shift in spending patterns to become more
selective. Recognizing this, the Company has chosen to take
adaptive steps as a smart response to evolving business and
economic conditions.
In terms of its growth agenda, MTDL will increase its focus on
expanding its portfolio, deepening customer engagement, and
strengthening businesses that generate recurring revenue.
In the Digital Solutions and Consulting Business Unit, the
Company will restructure its solution architecture and expand
collaboration with new principals promoting efficient alternative
technologies. In the Digital Distribution Business Unit, the
Company will leverage the strengths of its existing product and
solution portfolio. This performance is also supported by the
expansion of its smartphone and notebook product range to
meet comprehensive consumer needs.
Amidst the challenging national ICT market, the Company is
optimistic that the Digital Solutions & Consulting Business Unit
will remain growing in 2026. The Company believes that the
activation of strategic government and State-Owned
Enterprises (BUMN) projects will open up wider opportunities

for MTDL to offer a range of technology solutions to the public
and corporate sectors.
In addition to strategic government projects, industry needs to
reduce costs, modernize data, ensure cybersecurity, and
utilize the cloud for various business processes will also create
demand for the Company's services, Susanto concluded.
