Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) melalui anak usahanya, PT Sigma
Cipta Utama (SCU) turut berkontribusi dalam pengembangan
Energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT) dengan mendukung
kegiatan operasional industri geothermal.
Sebelumnya, kesuksesan SCU dalam pengembangan
teknologi Geoflowtest milik Pertamina Geothermal Energy
(PGE) pada bulan Juni 2024 lalu yang telah terinstal di wilayah
kerja PGE area Karaha dan Ulubelu. SCU kembali mendapat
kepercayaan sebagai mitra kerja utama PGE dalam
pengembangan teknologi baru pengukur aliran dua fasa
pertama di dunia. Teknologi bernama Flow2Max, merupakan
upaya PGE dalam mendorong transisi energi dan produksi
EBT, mengingat Indonesia memiliki cadangan energi panas
bumi yang besar.
Teknologi tersebut diklaim dapat memantau kinerja sumur
panas bumi secara real time dengan tingkat akurasi data tinggi
sehingga diandalkan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi
pengelolaan sumber daya panas bumi. Flow2Max menjadi
inovasi teknologi pertama di dunia dalam pengukuran aliran
fluida dua fasa sehingga sangat bermanfaat bagi industri
panas bumi. Teknologi tersebut adalah hasil inisiasi dari
Mohamad Husni Mubarok PhD selaku Manager Production
and Operational Excellence PGE dalam menjawab tantangan
kegiatan operasional yang sebelumnya masih konvensional.
Flow2Max telah mendapatkan pengakuan global atas dampak
inovasinya dan telah mendapatkan paten dari beberapa
negara
diantaranya Amerika Serikat, Selandia Baru, Islandia, Turki,
Filipina, dan di Indonesia hak patennya telah resmi terdaftar di
Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual Kementerian Hukum
dan HAM. Perjanjian lisensi pengembangan teknologi
Flow2Max telah dilakukan antara PGE & SCU di ajang 10th
Indonesia International Geothermal Convention and Exhibition
2024 (IIGCE 2024) pada hari Kamis (19/9) di gedung Jakarta
Convention Center, Senayan.
Direktur SCU Adi Yatama menyampaikan, "Kolaborasi
pengembangan teknologi Flow2Max bagi SCU merupakan
langkah strategis sekaligus sebagai program prioritas dalam
meningkatkan kompetensi layanan Information,
Communication, and Technology (ICT) khususnya bidang IoT.
Hal tersebut menjadi upaya SCU dalam menjawab tantangan
dalam memenuhi kebutuhan industri energi terhadap
perkembangan teknologi di industri green energy yang
mendukung cost efficiency dan meminimalisir risiko
operasional untuk mencapai target operational excellence
industri geothermal," pungkas Adi.
Melalui kapabilitas SCU dibidang ICT (Information,
Communication, and Technology) dan layanan manajemen
data, SCU turut menawarkan layanan IoT (Internet of Things)
dalam pengembangan inovasi teknologi dengan
memanfaatkan konektivitas internet. IoT dimanfaatkan untuk
menghubungkan berbagai perangkat teknologi dan sensor
yang bertujuan untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional dengan
menyajikan data yang lebih akurat dan real time.

Description of Material Information or PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) through its subsidiary, PT Sigma Cipta
Facts Utama (SCU) also contributes to the development of new and
renewable energy (EBT) by supporting the operational
activities of the geothermal industry.
Previously, SCU's success in developing Pertamina
Geothermal Energy's (PGE) Geoflowtest technology in June
2024 which has been
installed in PGE's Karaha and Ulubelu work areas. SCU has
again been trusted as PGE's main partner in developing the
world's first new two-phase flow meter technology. The
technology, called Flow2Max, is PGE's effort to encourage the
energy transition and EBT production, considering that
Indonesia has large geothermal energy reserves.
This technology is claimed to be able to monitor geothermal
well performance in real time with a high level of data accuracy
so that it is relied on to increase the efficiency of geothermal
resource management. Flow2Max is the world's first
technological innovation in measuring two-phase fluid flow,
making it very beneficial for the geothermal industry. The
technology is the result of the initiative of Mohamad Husni
Mubarok PhD as Manager of Production and Operational
Excellence PGE in responding to the challenges of operational
activities that were previously still conventional. Flow2Max has
received global recognition for its innovative impact and has
obtained patents from several countries including the United
States, New Zealand, Iceland, Turkey, the Philippines, and in
Indonesia its patent rights have been officially registered with
the Directorate General of Intellectual Property of the Ministry
of Law and Human Rights. The Flow2Max technology
development license agreement was made between PGE &
SCU at the 10th Indonesia International Geothermal
Convention and Exhibition 2024 (IIGCE 2024) on Thursday
(19/9) at the Jakarta Convention Center building, Senayan.
SCU Director Adi Yatama said, "The collaboration in
developing Flow2Max technology for SCU is a strategic step
as well as a priority
program in improving the competence of Information,
Communication, and Technology (ICT) services, especially in
the IoT field. This is SCU's effort to answer the challenges in
meeting the needs of the energy industry for technological
developments in the green energy
industry that support cost efficiency and minimize operational
risks to achieve the operational excellence target of the
geothermal industry," concluded Adi.
Through SCU's capabilities in the field of ICT (Information,
Communication, and Technology) and data management
services, SCU also offers IoT (Internet of Things) services in
developing technological innovations by utilizing internet
connectivity. IoT is used to connect various technological
devices and sensors that aim to support operational efficiency
by presenting more accurate and real-time data.
