usaha dan operasional Perseroan tetap
berjalan sebagaimana biasa dan pengunduran
diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan sesuai
dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.

the Company on 21 October 2024 :
Mr. Sukarno, Commissioner
have applied for resignation from their
position.
In this regard, the Company's business
activities and operations will continue as
usual. The resignation will be decided at the
Company's General Meeting of Shareholders
under the Company's Articles of Association.
