      Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
      mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana

     Tanggapan/Response:
     Selain dari informasi atau fakta material yang telah diungkapkan kepada publik,
     Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
     mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
     diatur dalam ketentuan III.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT
     Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025.
     Apart from material information or facts that have been disclosed to the public, the
     Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of
     the company's securities or investment decisions of investors as regulated in points III.2.1
     Rule Number I-E of Attachment to the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia
     Stock Exchange Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025.

3.   Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
     sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024
     Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
     Terbuka?
     Is the Company aware of the activities of certain shareholders as regulated in the
     Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 4/POJK.04/2024 concerning
     Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Share Ownership of a Public Companies?

     Tanggapan/Response:
     Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
     sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024
     Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
     Terbuka.
     The Company is not aware of any activity from certain shareholders as regulated in the
     Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 4/ 2024 concerning Ownership Reports
     or Any Changes in Share Ownership of a Public Company.

4.   Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
     waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan
     saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
     Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including
     corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange
     (at least in the next 3 months)?
     Tanggapan/Response:
     Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
     3 bulan ke depan, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
     pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.
     The Company has no plans to take corporate actions within the next 3 months, including
     corporate plans that will result in the listing of the company's shares on the stock
     exchange.

5.   Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
     harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan
     kepada publik.
     Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of
     the Company's securities as well as viability of the Company that has not been disclosed
     to the public.
     Tanggapan/Response:
     Selain dari informasi atau fakta material yang telah diungkapkan kepada publik,
     Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang
     material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup
     Perseroan.

6.   Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
     Dalam hal ini, Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
     pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
     The plan of the major shareholders is related to their share ownership in the Company.
     In this case, the Corporate Secretary should first ask the major shareholders in
     responding to the confirmation.

     Tanggapan/Response:
     Untuk saat ini pemegang saham utama belum memiliki rencana terkait dengan
     kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
     Currently, the major shareholders do not have any plans regarding their share
     ownership in the Company.
