Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material
Pada tanggal 17 Oktober 2024, Perseroan dan
Eximbank telah menandatangani Akta Perjanjian
Kredit Pembiayaan Modal Kerja Ekspor No. 01
dibuat dihadapan Notaris Emi Susilowati S.H.,
Notaris di Jakarta (“Perjanjian Kredit”).

Berdasarkan Perjanjian Kredit tersebut,
Perseroan mendapatkan Fasilitas Kredit
berjangka dengan Limit Kredit dan/atau Plafond
sebesar Rp100.000.000.000,- (seratus miliar
Rupiah) (“Pinjaman”).

Pinjaman berdasarkan Perjanjian Kredit tersebut
diberlakukan Tingkat Bunga sebesar 9096 dari
yield Surat Berharga Negara, sesuai tenor dan
Pinjaman tersebut akan jatuh tempo dalam
waktu 12 (dua belas) bulan sejak
penandatanganan Perjanjian Kredit. Tingkat
Bunga dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu sesuai
dengan Ketetapan yang berlaku di Kreditur.
Tingkat Bunga yang diberlakukan hingga dengan
tanggal Keterbukaan Informasi ini adalah sebesar
5,3190.

Seluruh Pinjaman yang diperoleh Perseroan ini
akan dipergunakan sebagai Pembiayaan Modal
Kerja untuk pembelian bahan baku Perseroan.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan

operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

kelangsungan usaha emiten atau Perusahaan

a. Membantu Perseroan mengurangi beban
biaya Pinjaman dengan tingkat bunga
Pinjaman yang diterima relatif rendah.

b. Menyebabkan bertambahnya kewajiban
keuangan Perseroan yakni Kewajiban
Pembayaran Hutang.

Description of Material Information or Facts
On October 17, 2024, the Company and
Eximbank signed the Export Working Capital
Financing Loan Agreement No. 01 in the
presence of Notary Emi Susilowati, S.H., a
Notary in Jakarta (“Loan Agreement”).

Based on the Loan Agreement, the Company
received a Term Loan Facility with a Credit Limit
and/or Plafond of IDR 100,000,000,000 (one
hundred billion Rupiah) (“Loan”).

The loan based on the Loan Agreement is subject
to an interest rate of 90X of the yield of
government securities, in accordance with the
term, and the loan will mature 12 (twelve) months
from the signing of the Credit Agreement. The
interest rate may change at any time in
accordance with the regulations in effect at the
Lender. The interest rate applicable as of the date
of this Information Disclosure is 5.3196.

All Loans obtained by the Company will be used
as Working Capital Financing for the purchase of
the Company's raw materials.

The impact of the event, information or
material facts on the operational activities,
law, financial condition or business continuity
of the Issuer or Public Company

a. Assists the Company in reducing the burden
Of borrowing costs due to the relatively low
interest rate on the received Loan.

b. Leads to an increase in the Company's
financial obligations, specifically regarding
Debt Payment Obligations.
