tahun buku 2026, dan pemberian wewenang kepada Direksi
Perseroan untuk menetapkan honorarium Akuntan Publik dan/atau
Kantor Akuntan Publik serta persyaratan lainnya;
3. Penunjukan Akuntan Publik dan/atau Kantor Akuntan
Publik yang akan mengaudit Laporan Keuangan Perseroan untuk
tahun buku 2026, dan pemberian wewenang kepada Direksi
Perseroan untuk menetapkan honorarium Akuntan Publik dan/atau
Kantor Akuntan Publik serta persyaratan lainnya;
4. Penunjukan Akuntan Publik dan/atau Kantor Akuntan
Publik yang akan mengaudit Laporan Keuangan Perseroan untuk
tahun buku 2026, dan pemberian wewenang kepada Direksi
Perseroan untuk menetapkan honorarium Akuntan Publik dan/atau
Kantor Akuntan Publik serta persyaratan lainnya;

for the 2025 financial year, including the Company's Activity
Report, the Supervisory Report of the Board of Commissioners,
and the Consolidated Financial Report for the 2025 financial year,
as well as grant of full release and discharge of liabilities acquit et
de charge to all members of the Companys Board of Directors and
Board of Commissioners for their actions related to the
management and supervision of the Company during the 2025
financial year
2. Appointment of Public Accountant and or Public
Accounting Firm that will audit the Company's Financial
Statements for the 2026 financial year, and granting full authority
to the Board of Directors of the Company to determine the
honorarium of the Public Accountant and or Public Accounting
Firm and other requirements
3. Changes and or re appointment of the members of the
Companys Board of Commissioners and or Directors; and
4. Determination of salary, honorarium, and other benefits
for members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of
Directors.
