Selanjutnya, sejak tanggal pemberitahuan ini, untuk sementara waktu sampai dengan ditetapkannya corporate secretaryyang baru, maka fungsi Corporate Secretary akan dijabat oleh Lucy Tjahjadi selaku Direktur Perseroan.
