Perseroan telah mendirikan anak usaha baru yang diberi nama
PT. Satu Buat Negeri. Pendirian anak usaha tersebut telah
dinyatakan di dalam Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas No. 22
tanggal 14 Oktober 2024, dibuat dihadapan Notaris Chrystofer,
SH., M.Kn., dan telah mendapatkan pengesahan pendirian
Badan Hukum Perseroan Terbatas dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak
Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor:  AHU-
0081136.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024 tanggal 15 Oktober 2024.

Komposisi kepemilikan saham Perseroan di PT. Satu Buat Negeri
adalah sebanyak 33,334 (tiga puluh tiga koma tiga puluh tiga
persen) atau senilai Rp. 3.333.000.000 (tiga miliar tiga ratus tiga
puluh tiga juta Rupiah).

The company has established a new subsidiary named PT. Satu
Buat Negeri. The establishment of this subsidiary is documented
in the Deed of Establishment of the Limited Liability Company
No. 22 dated October 14, 2024, made before Notary Chrystofer,
SH., M.Kn., and has received the legal entity establishment
approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the
Republic of Indonesia, Number: AHU-0081136.AH.01.01.YEAR
2024, dated October 15, 2024.

The Company's ownership composition in PT. Satu Buat Negeri
is 33.339 (thirty-three point thirty-three percent) or valued at
IDR 3,333,000,000 (three billion three hundred thirty-three
million Rupiah).
