Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal
16 Desember 2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau
Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik,
Perusahaan menyampaikan bahwa Perusahaan melalui anak
usahanya, PT Forsta Kalmedic Global (Forsta), menjalin kerja
sama dengan GE HealthCare untuk menyediakan mesin CT
Scan (Computed Tomography Scan) secara lokal. Kemitraan
ini juga memperluas lingkup kerja sama Kalbe dan GE
HealthCare yang telah berkolaborasi dalam pembangunan
fasilitas produksi radiofarmaka dan radioisotop.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kerjasama ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemandirian
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan penggunaan alat kesehatan dalam negeri yang digencarkan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, oleh pemerintah dan dapat memajukan layanan kesehatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau serta mendukung pemerataan akses kesehatan di Indonesia.
Perusahaan Publik
Hal ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat posisi Segmen Distribusi
dan Logistik Perusahaan, terutama pada bisnis Alat
Kesehatan.

Description of Material Information or In compliance with Indonesia Financial Services Authority
Facts Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 dated December 16, 2015,
regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by the
Issuer or a Listed Company, The Company announced that
through its subsidiary, PT Forsta Kalmedic Global (Forsta),
partnered with GE HealthCare to locally provide CT Scan
(Computed Tomography Scan) machines. This partnership
also expands the scope of collaboration between Kalbe and
GE HealthCare, which have already been working together in
the development of radiopharmaceutical and radioisotope
production facilities.
Impact of event, material information or This collaboration is expected to enhance the independence of
facts towards Issuers or Public using locally produced medical devices, a goal promoted by
Company’s operational activities, legal, the government, and to advance healthcare services while
financial condition, or going concern supporting equitable access to healthcare across Indonesia.
It is also anticipated to strengthen the Company Distribution
and Logistics Segment, particularly in the Medical Devices
business.
