Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
(POJK) No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas
Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik. Berdasarkan Keputusan Sirkuler Para Pemegang
Saham PT Planet Merah Sepuluh tanggal 23 Juli 2024 yang
ditegaskan dalam Akta No. 27 tanggal 31 Juli 2024 yang
dibuat dan dihadapan Notaris Dewi Indrayani, SH., M.Kn.,
Notaris yang berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat, memutuskan
untuk membubarkan PT Planet Merah Sepuluh dan menunjuk
Tuan Indra Permana dan Ibu Nancy Nataleo selaku Direktur
sebagai likuidator untuk menyelesaikan hal-hal yang berkaitan
dengan pembubaran sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku.
Terhadap keputusan sirkuler tersebut, likuidator telah
mengumumkan pembubaran PT Planet Merah Sepuluh (dalam
likuidasi) pada tanggal 25 Juli 2024 di koran nasional, Harian
Ekonomi Neraca.
Likuidator juga telah mengumumkan hasil likuidasi pada
tanggal 15 Oktober 2024 di koran nasional, Harian Ekonomi
Neraca.
PT Planet Merah Sepuluh (dalam likuidasi) adalah entitas
anak usaha Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar
99,90%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha atas peristiwa ini.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the provisions of Financial Services Authority
Facts Regulation (POJK) No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure
of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies, based on the Circular Resolution of the
Shareholders of PT Planet Merah Sepuluh dated July 23,
2024, which was confirmed in Deed No. 27 dated July 31,
2024, made and witnessed by Notary Dewi Indrayani, SH.,
M.Kn., a notary domiciled in Central Jakarta, it was decided to
dissolve PT Planet Merah Sepuluh and appoint Mr. Indra
Permana and Ms. Nancy Nataleo, as Directors, to act as
liquidators to handle matters related to the dissolution in
accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
In response to this circular resolution, the liquidators
announced the dissolution of PT Planet Merah Sepuluh (in
liquidation) on July 25, 2024, in the national newspaper Harian
Ekonomi Neraca.
The liquidators also announced the results of the liquidation on
October 15, 2024, in the national newspaper Harian Ekonomi
Neraca.
PT Planet Merah Sepuluh (in liquidation) is a subsidiary of the
Company, with a 99.90% share ownership.
