Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Terjadi kebakaran pada unit pabrik Flexible Film dan Sheet
yang berlokasi di Jl. K.H. E.Z. Muttaqien No.94, Kelurahan
Gembor, Kecamatan Periuk, Tangerang.
Kebakaran dapat dipadamkan dalam waktu kurang lebih 3
jam, sehingga tidak menyebar ke lokasi 4 (empat) unit pabrik
lainnya, serta tidak menimbulkan korban jiwa.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 4 (empat) unit pabrik lainnya tetap dapat beroperasi secara
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan normal dan terdapat polis asuransi terhadap risiko kebakaran
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, yang terjadi tersebut, sehingga peristiwa kebakaran tersebut
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau tidak mempengaruhi aktivitas operasional dan produksi pabrik
Perusahaan Publik secara keseluruhan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Dampak dari kebakaran tersebut akan menurunkan kapasitas
produksi sebesar 25 % dari kapasitas produksi yang terpasang
sebelumnya.

Description of Material Information or A fire occurred at the Flexible Film and Sheet factory unit
Facts located on Jl. K.H. E.Z. Muttaqien No.94, Gembor Village,
Periuk District, Tangerang.
The fire could be extinguished in approximately 3 hours, so it
did not spread to the location of the other 4 (four) factory units,
and did not cause any casualties.
Impact of event, material information or The other 4 (four) factory units can still operate normally and
facts towards Issuers or Public there is an insurance policy against the risk of fire occurring, so
Company’s operational activities, legal, that the fire incident does not affect the operational activities
financial condition, or going concern and production of the factory as a whole or the continuity of the
Company's business. The impact of the fire will reduce
production capacity by 25% of the previously installed
production capacity.
