Nilai Transaksi 1 (satu) unit kapal tongkang bernama “ETI 801” dijual dengan harga Rp. 6.000.000.000 (enam miliar Rupiah). Pihak-pihak yang bertransaksi Penjual adalah ETI, dan Pembeli adalah suatu perseroan terbatas yang didirikan berdasarkan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di Negara Republik Indonesia yang berkedudukan di Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Hukum Penjualan unit kapal tersebut akan mengakibatkan beralihnya hak dan kepemilikan kapal tersebut dari ET kepada Pembeli Kondisi Keuangan EBTI sebagai Penjual akan menerima harga jual kapal tersebut dari Pembeli. Penjualan kapal tersebut tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kondisi keuangan ETT. Kelangsungan Usaha Kelangsungan usaha tetap terjaga dan terjamin dengan baik.
