Sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang diselenggarakan tanggal 16 Mei 2024 Berdasarkan Persetujuan
RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono dengan
Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Syamsudin, CPA untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan
perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Sehubungan dengan diterbitkannya TJ 11 oleh Ikatan Akuntan Publik Indonesia (IAPI) pada tanggal 21 Mei 2024, dan
dilakukannya Self Assessment oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono untuk memenuhi
ketentuan yang diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No.9 Tahun 2023, terdapat kebijakan mengenai
masa tugas Signing Partner.
Untuk periode kumulatif Signing Partner sebelumnya, yaitu Bapak Aris Suryanta, telah tercatat bahwa masa tugasnya
sudah mencapai 5 tahun. Sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, jika masa kumulatif tersebut telah mencapai batas
waktu maksimal, maka diperlukan adanya masa jeda atau cooling-off period sebelum yang bersangkutan dapat kembali
menjabat sebagai Signing Partner pada entitas yang sama.
Hal ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari upaya menjaga independensi auditor dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap
peraturan yang mengatur rotasi partner auditor sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK serta pedoman yang ditetapkan oleh
IAPI.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16 May 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Syamsudin, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements
ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
In connection with the issuance of TJ 11 by the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) on May 21,
2024, and the Self-Assessment conducted by the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono to
comply with the provisions regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No.9 of 2023, there is a policy
regarding the term of the Signing Partner.
For the previous cumulative period of the Signing Partner, Mr. Aris Suryanta, it has been recorded that his term has
reached 5 years. In accordance with the applicable regulations, if the cumulative period has reached the maximum time
limit, a cooling-off period is required before he can resume the role of Signing Partner at the same entity.
This is done as part of an effort to maintain auditor independence and ensure compliance with the regulations governing
auditor partner rotation as stipulated in POJK and the guidelines set by IAPI.
