BNI Asset Management Partners with Bank BTPN to Expand Index Mutual Fund Marke ng
Network
Jakarta, October 9, 2024 - BNI Asset Management (BNI-AM) announced a collabora on with PT Bank BTPN
Tbk (Bank BTPN) on October 9, 2024. This collabora on marks the ini al step of mutual fund sales
collabora on through Bank BTPN’s network as a Mutual Fund Selling Agent (APERD) to expand the
distribu on network of BNI-AM Mutual Fund products, especially index mutual funds in Indonesia. The
launch of the collabora on was marked by the symbolic signing of the MoU by Ac ng President Director of
BNI-AM, Ade Yusriansyah, and Bank BTPN Deputy President Director Darmadi Sutanto at SEAI Restaurant,
Menara Astra Jakarta (9/10/2024).
Complemen ng the ceremonial signing of the coopera on agreement, a ques on-and-answer session was
opened discussing ma ers related to the coopera on between BNI-AM and Bank BTPN, including the
benefits of coopera on for both ins tu ons and also the benefits for Bank BTPN customers. In addi on, the
features of the collaborated mutual fund products and their benefits for customers were also discussed.
Present as speakers at the talk show were BNI-AM Investment Director, Putut Endro Andanawarih along
with Bank BTPN Head of Wealth Management Business and Network & Distribu on, Helena.
In his remarks, Ac ng President Director of BNI-AM, Ade Yusriansyah welcomed the collabora on as an
effort to strengthen business rela ons between Bank BTPN and the BNI Group, fulfill the needs of Bank
BTPN customers for quality and more diverse mutual fund investment products and at the same me
expand the marke ng network of BNI-AM mutual fund products. "We welcome this collabora on and hope
that in the future it will become a mutually beneficial business synergy for both par es and especially
provide financial benefits and solu ons for Bank BTPN customers. Another benefit for BNI-AM will certainly
be to further expand the marke ng network of mutual funds, especially index mutual funds which are our
flagship products," said Ade Yusriansyah in his opening remarks.
"With the innova ve applica on of Jenius from Bank BTPN which has a wide network, we are sure that it
will make it easier for Bank BTPN customers to enjoy financial solu ons from BNI-AM through various
product promo ons and financial literacy provided by BNI-AM and Bank BTPN. The convenience and
innova on of Jenius are expected to not only increase the Number of Accounts (NoA) of new customers but
also increase the benefits of financial inclusion ini ated by OJK," added Ade Yusriansyah at the closing of his
remarks.
In line with this, Bank BTPN Deputy President Director Darmadi Sutanto added, "we believe that BNI Asset
Management mutual fund products can be an investment op on for our customers so together we can
realize a more meaningful life."

Through this collabora on, BNI-AM adds 9 mutual funds to the Jenius product line, namely 1 (one) money
market mutual fund (BNI-AM Dana Likuid), 2 (two) fixed income mutual funds (BNI-AM Teakwood and BNI-
AM Ardhani Pendapatan Tetap Syariah) and 6 (six) index mutual funds (BNI-AM Indeks IDX30 (BNI30), BNI-
AM IDX Growth 30, BNI-AM SRI-KEHATI Class R1, BNI-AM IDX - PEFINDO Prime Bank Class R1, BNI-AM
PEFINDO i-Grade Class R1, BNI-AM IDX High Dividend 20.
BNI-AM currently has various flagship products to meet customer needs in the form of money market
mutual funds, fixed income mutual funds, stock mutual funds, mixed mutual funds, ETF mutual funds and
index mutual funds known as the "BNI-AM Family of Index Fund".
“BNI-AM Family of Index Fund” consists of 8 (eight) index funds that have different characteris cs adjusted
to the needs of customers who have different preferences. BNI-AM index mutual funds are created in
collabora on with leading index providers such as IDX, PEFINDO and Yayasan KEHATI. Of the 8 (eight) index
mutual funds members of the “BNI-AM Family of Index Fund” owned by BNI-AM, 6 (six) of them are already
available on all BTPN Bank sales channels.

been increasingly in demand by retail investors in Indonesia, especially in the era of the trend of declining
interest rates, PWC even predicts that AUM of passive mutual funds in the US will con nue to grow by 44 -
50% un l 2030,” said Putut E Andanawarih as Investment Director of BNI-AM. "That is one of our
considera ons in launching 3 (three) new index mutual fund products to complete the "BNI-AM Family of
Index Fund" ecosystem, namely: BNI-AM IDX - PEFINDO Prime Bank class R1, BNI-AM PEFINDO i-Grade class
