Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 4 Oktober 2024 PT HABCO TRANS MARITIMA
TBK (Perseroan) mengakhiri kerjasama sewa menyewa kapal
dengan pihak ketiga, yaitu PT CAKRA BUANA RESOURCES
ENERGI TBK (CBRE).
Adapun bentuk kerjasama yang sudah berjalan selama 4
bulan ini adalah Time Charter, dimana Perseroan menyewa 1
unit kapal milik CBRE bernama MV. Majestic Laksono. Tujuan
Perseroan menyewa kapal tersebut adalah untuk menambah
kapasitas angkut Perseroan dan mengakomodir kebutuhan
pasar akan angkutan komoditi yang berpotensi menambah
pendapatan dan laba Perseroan.
Namun demikian kerjasama yang pada awalnya diproyeksikan
selama 10 tahun harus dilakukan terminasi dikarenakan
kondisi kapal MV Majestic Laksono yang mengalami
kerusakan sejak tanggal 30 Juli 2024 sampai dengan waktu
terminasi tersebut dilakukan (4 Oktober 2024). Kerusakan-
kerusakan pada kapal menyebabkan kapal menjadi tidak layak
sehingga tidak dapat melakukan operasional.
Kondisi tersebut juga berdampak pada tidak tercapainya target
operasi MV. Majestic Laksono yang telah disepakati oleh
Perseroan dan CBRE di dalam perjanjian Time Charter.
Dengan demikian maka terminasi dilakukan sebagai mitigasi
dan langkah Perseroan untuk mencegah potensi kerugian
yang dapat membesar.
Untuk menggantikan posisi MV. Majestic Laksono, Perseroan
akan menyediakan kapal pengganti sehingga kebutuhan para
pelanggan tetap akan dapat diakomodir dengan baik, dan
Perseroan tidak kehilangan potensi pendapatan.
PT HABCO TRANS MARITIMA TBK dan PT. CAKRA BUANA
RESOURCES ENERGI TBK tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi.

Dampak terhadap Kondisi Keuangan:
Tidak ada dampak yang signifikan terhadap kondisi keuangan
Perseroan karena Perseroan akan menyiapkan kapal
pengganti sehingga Perseroan tidak kehilangan potensi
pendapatan.
Dampak terhadap Kelangsungan Usaha:
Tidak ada dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha

PT HABCO TRANS MARITIMA TBK Terminates Time Charter
Type of Material Information or Facts Agreement
Description of Material Information or On October 4, 2024 PT HABCO TRANS MARITIMA TBK (the
Facts Company) ended the ship charter cooperation with a third
party, namely PT CAKRA BUANA RESOURCES ENERGI
TBK (CBRE).
The form of cooperation that has been running for 4 months is
Time Charter, where the Company hires 1 unit of vessel
named MV. Majestic Laksono, owned by CBRE. The objective
of the Comany in hiring the vessel is to increase the transport
capacity of the Company and accommodate market needs for
commodity transportation which has the potential to increase
the revenue and profit of the Company .
However, the cooperation which was initially projected for 10
years must be terminated due to the condition of the MV
Majestic Laksono which has been damaged since July 30,
2024 until the time of termination (October 4, 2024). The
damage to the ship caused the ship to become unfit so that it
could not carry out operations.
This condition also had an impact on the non-achievement of
the MV. Majestic Laksono which has been agreed by the
Company and CBRE in the Time Charter agreement. Thus, the
termination was carried out as a mitigation, and action of the
Company to prevent potential losses that could be magnified.
To replace the position of MV. Majestic Laksono, the Company
will provide a replacement vessel so that the needs of
customers can still be accommodated properly, and the
Company does not lose potential revenue.
