Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information of Facts Berdasarkan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) Perseroan pada tanggal 05 Juni 2026, memutuskan bahwa Bapak Suparni Parto Setiono dan Ibu Hartaty Susanto tidak lagi menjabat sebagai anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan dan menyetujui mengangkat Ibu Winny Yunitawati Hardono sebagai Anggota Direksi Perseroan serta mengangkat Bapak Andi Alifian Mallarangeng dan Bapak Winston Kamal Muljadi sebagai anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan sehingga terhitung sejak tanggal 5 Juni 2026, susunan Anggota Direksi dan Dewan komisaris menjadi sebagai berikut:/ Pursuant to Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of the Company on June 5, 2026, decided that Mr. Suparni Parto Setiono and Mrs. Hartaty Susanto no longer serve as members of the Company's Board of Commissioners and agree to appoint Mrs. Winny 4
