Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti pengumuman Ringkasan Risalah Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan dan
keterbukaan informasi terkait aksi korporasi dividen tunai
tertanggal 26 Mei 2026, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa
kurs konversi yang akan digunakan untuk pembagian dividen
tunai final tahun buku 2025 mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank
Indonesia tanggal 8 Juni 2026, yaitu senilai Rp18.039,-/AS$
(Delapan Belas Ribu Tiga Puluh Sembilan Rupiah per Dolar
Amerika Serikat).
Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai final tahun
buku 2025 yang akan dibagikan oleh Perseroan dalam mata
uang Rupiah adalah sebesar Rp3.607.822.690.243,- (Tiga
Triliun Enam Ratus Tujuh Miliar Delapan Ratus Dua Puluh Dua
Juta Enam Ratus Sembilan Puluh Ribu Dua Ratus Empat
Puluh Tiga Rupiah) untuk 7.786.891.760 saham, atau sebesar
Rp463,32,- (Empat Ratus Enam Puluh Tiga koma Tiga Dua
Rupiah) per saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang signifikan atas informasi ini terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Information on Conversion Exchange Rate for Final Cash
Type of Material Information or Facts Dividend of the Fiscal Year of 2025
Description of Material Information or Following up on the release of the Summary Minutes of the
Facts Company Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and
Information Disclosure on the Cash Dividend Corporate Action
of May 26th, 2026, we hereby announce that the exchange
rate to be used for the final cash dividend distribution of the
fiscal year of 2025 shall refer to Bank Indonesia middle rate of
June 8th, 2026, i.e. Rp18,039/US$ (eighteen thousand thirty
nine rupiahs per United States dollar).
Therefore, the total final cash dividend for the fiscal year of
2025 to be distributed by the Company in rupiah currency is
Rp3,607,822,690,243 (three trillion six hundred and seven
billion eight hundred twenty-two million six hundred ninety
thousand two hundred forty-three rupiahs) for 7,786,891,760
shares, or Rp463.32 (four hundred sixty-three point three two
rupiahs) per share.
