Pasal 22 Ayat 1 POJK No. 9/2018 | mewajibkan pengendali baru untuk secara | berkala melaporkan perkembangan pemenuhan kewajiban pengalihan kembali saham kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan setiap 3 (tiga) bulan dengan tanggal laporan 31 Maret, 20 Juni, 30 September, dan 30 | Desember sampai dengan seluruh kewajiban pengalihan kembali saham selesai dilaksanakan. Kami sebagai pengendali baru dari PT Woori Finance Indonesia Tbk. (“PT WFI”) telah menyelesaikan Pembayaran atas Penawaran Tender Wajib pada tanggal 6 Januari 2023 dan telah menyampaikan Laporan Hasil Pelaksanaan Penawaran Tender Wajib Dear Sir/Madam, We refer to the Financial Service Authority (OJK”'s Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018 of 2018 on the Acguisition of Publicly Traded Companies (“POJK No.9/2018”). Article 22 Paragraph (1) of POJK No.9/2018 reguires the new controller to periodically report the progress of fulfillment of share refloat obligation to the Financial Services Authority every 3 (three) months with the report date of 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December until the whole share refloat obligation has been finished. We, as the new controller of PT Woori Finance Indonesia Tbk. (“PT WFI”) completed the Implementation of the Mandatory Tender Offer on January 6, 2023, and submitted the Result Report to the Financial Service Authority (OJK) on

Kami telah mengambil alih 2.193.552.006 saham (82,0396) dari PT WFI melalui akuisisi perusahaan berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas sebagaimana telah diubah oleh Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Sebagai tambahan, kami juga | membeli 66.171.662 saham (2,484) dari PT WFI pada saat pelaksanaan Penawaran Tender Wajib. Berdasarkan Pasal 21 Ayat (2) POJK No. 9/2018, kami diwajibkan untuk mengalihkan We acguired 2,193,552,006 shares (82.03Y6) of PT WFI through company acguisition under Law No. 40 of 2007 on the Limited Liability Company as amended by Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation.
