Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak Operasional :

operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, armada dapat optimal dan dengan adanya pengakhiran
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau perjanjian kerjasama Time Charter ini, Perseroan dapat
Perusahaan Publik mencari potential client dan memperoleh
keuntungan yang lebih besar dimasa depan.
Dampak Legal :
Pengakhiran perjanjian dengan PT HabcoTrans Maritima Tbk
menyebabkan tidakadanya lagi hak, kewajiban dan tuntutan
apapun yang melekat bagi para pihak dalam perjanjian dan
Para Pihak telah sepakat untuk itu.
Dampak Keuangan:
Pengakhiran perjanjian dengan Perseroan dengan PT Habco
Trans Maritima Tbk cukup berdampak bagi segi keuangan
Perseroan karena adanya kehilangan pendapatan selama
kapal dalam masa perbaikan. Hal
tersebut dikarenakan Perseroan telah dalam upaya utilisasi
armada dapat optimal sehingga Perseroan dapat menerima
keuntungan yang lebih besar di kemudian hari.
Kelangsungan Usaha :
Kelangsungan usaha tetap berlangsung baik dibuktikan
dengan adanya beberapa penawaran kerjasama charter kapal
dengan nilai charter yang lebih tinggi dan kondisi kapal yang
diperkirakan dalam waktu kurang
dari 1 bulan akan dapat beroperasi optimal.

financial condition, or going concern and with the termination of this Time Charter agreement, the
Company can seek potential clients and obtain greater profits
in the future.
Legal Impact:
Termination of agreement with PT Habco Trans Maritima Tbk
means that there are no longer any rights, obligations and
demands attached to the parties to the agreement and the
Parties have agreed to it.
Financial Impact:
The termination of the agreement with the Company and PT
Habco Trans MaritimaTbk, has quite an impact on the
Company's financial aspect due to the loss of income while the
vessel is under repair. This is because the Company has been
to optimize vessel utilization so that the Company can receive
greater profits in the future.
Business Continuity:
Business continuity, continues to run well,as evidenced by
several offers ofcooperation for the charter of our vessel with
higher charter rate and the condition of the vessel is estimated
to be able to operate optimally in less than 1 month.
