Credit Rating(s) PEFINDO has affirmed its idAA ratings to PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA) and its
General Obligation (GO) idAA/Stable outstanding bonds, its idAA(sy) rating to PPA’s outstanding sukuk, as well as its idA1+
Bond I/2020 idAA rating to the Company’s Surat Berharga Komersial Berkelanjutan I 2023. Outlook for
Bond II/2022 idAA the corporate rating is stable. The rating reflects a very strong likelihood of support
Sukuk Wakalah Bi Al-Istitsmar idAA (sy) from the Indonesian government, strong positioning as a distressed asset
Surat Berharga Komersial idA1+ management company, and strong capitalization. The rating is constrained by its
Berkelanjutan I/2023 modest profitability.
The rating may be raised if PEFINDO views the support from the Indonesian

JUN 2022 idAA/Stable PPA was established in 2004 under Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 10/2004 to manage
MAR 2022 idAA/Stable assets of the former Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (IBRA or BPPN). Under
PP No. 61/2008, its mandate was augmented, expanding its tasks to not only confined
to managing assets from the former BPPN but also other state-owned enterprises
(SOEs), restructuring and revitalizing SOEs, providing asset management and
financing services to other parties, as well as setting up a commercial line of business.
In 2014, the mandate was further expanded, comprising business consultation and
asset management and development services, including the regional government and
private sector. Initially fully owned by the Government of Indonesia, PPA is now a
subsidiary of PT Danareksa (Persero), with the government’s Dwiwarna share
remaining.
