Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti penjajakan kerja sama dengan produsen
motor listrik merk ECGO, pada Minggu 6 Oktober 2024,
Perseroan telah menandatangani Strategic Cooperation
Framework Agreement. Perjanjian tersebut berisi kesepakatan
kerangka kerjasama yang akan dijalankan, diantaranya:
1. Penyediaan baterai
Untuk mempererat kerja sama dan mencapai tujuan strategis,
dilakukan melalui:
- Percepatan produksi baterai pack dan memastikan
pasokan atas 31.000 (tiga puluh satu ribu) baterai pack ke
ECGO sebelum akhir tahun ini; dan
- Perseroan berencana untuk memasok setidaknya
600.000 (enam ratus ribu) baterai pack ke ECGO pada tahun
2025.
2. Kerjasama stasiun penukaran baterai
Untuk mengembangkan pasar bersama, Para Pihak
berencana untuk bekerja sama dalam stasiun penukaran
baterai. Perseroan akan bertanggung jawab dalam
penyediaan baterai pack, kabinet listrik, dan fasilitas serta
peralatan lain yang diperlukan untuk stasiun penukaran
baterai, dan ECGO akan menyediakan tempat stasiun
penukaran baterai tersebut. Dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
- Para Pihak berencana untuk bersama-sama
mengerahkan 300 (tiga ratus) stasiun pertukaran baterai pada
akhir tahun ini.
- Para Pihak berencana untuk mengerahkan
setidaknya 1.000 (seribu) stasiun pertukaran baterai pada
tahun depan.
3. Pengembangan kerja sama battery management
system (BMS)
Para Pihak sepakat untuk bekerja sama dalam
pengembangan BMS dan berencana memasok setidaknya
300.000 (tiga ratus ribu) unit pada tahun depan.
4. Bisnis rantai pasokan suku cadang sepeda motor
listrik
Dalam penyediaan aksesoris sepeda motor listrik:
- Para Pihak berencana untuk menyerahkan suku
cadang untuk 2.000 (dua ribu) unit sepeda motor listrik
sebelum akhir tahun ini.
- Para Pihak berencana untuk menyerahkan suku
cadang untuk sekitar 300.000 (tiga ratus ribu) unit sepeda
motor listrik pada tahun depan.
5. Acara Sepeda Motor dan Baterai - LABA & ECGO
Dalam rangka mempromosikan sepeda motor listrik, Para
Pihak sepakat untuk membuat video perbandingan
penggunaan bahan bakar sepeda motor dan sepeda motor
listrik untuk meningkatkan kesadaran produk.
6. Perseroan mempromosikan ECGO agar tercatat di
Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2025

Description of Material Information or Following up on the exploration of cooperation with the electric
Facts motorcycle manufacturer ECGO, on Sunday, October 6, 2024,
the Company has signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework
Agreement. The agreement contains an agreement on the
cooperation framework that will be implemented, including:
1. Battery pack supply
Based To strengthen cooperation and achieve strategic goals,
it is done through:
- Accelerating battery pack production and ensuring
the supply of 31,000 (thirty one thousand) battery packs to
ECGO before the end of this year; and
- The Company plans to supply at least 600,000 (six
hundred thousand) battery packs to ECGO in 2025.
2. Battery exchange station cooperation
To develop a joint market, the Parties plan to cooperate in
battery exchange stations. The Company will be responsible
for providing battery packs, electrical cabinets, and other
facilities and equipment needed for battery exchange stations,
and ECGO will provide the location of the battery exchange
stations. The details are as follows:
- The Parties plan to jointly deploy 300 (three hundred)
battery exchange stations by the end of this year.
- The Parties plan to deploy at least 1,000 (one
thousand) battery exchange stations next year.
3. Development of battery management system (BMS)
cooperation
The Parties agree to cooperate in the development of BMS
and plan to supply at least 300,000 (three hundred thousand)
units next year.
4. Electric motorcycle spare parts supply chain business
In the provision of electric motorcycle accessories:
- The Parties plan to deliver 2,000 (two thousand)
electric motorcycle spare parts before the end of this year.
- The Parties plan to deliver at least 300,000 (three
hundred thousand) motorcycle spare parts next year.
5. Motorcycle and Battery Event - LABA & ECGO
In order to promote electric motorcycles, the Parties agree to
jointly create a comparison video for the use of motorcycle fuel
and electric motorcycles to increase product awareness.
6. The Company promotes ECGO to be listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2025.
