                               Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) Petroleum Superior.

                                  2. Transaksi Jual Beli :
                                     Transaksi Jual Beli Kapal antara Perseroan dengan PT
                                     Pertamina Trans Kontinental telah dilaksanakan
                                     berdasarkan Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB) Kapal
                                     Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) Petroleum Superior
                                     tanggal 18 April 2024 dan penandatanganan Akta Jual
                                     Beli pada tanggal 27 September 2024.

                                  3. Nilai Transaksi
                                     Nilai jual dalam transaksi yang disepakati oleh Perseroan
                                     dengan PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental adalah sebesar
                                     USD 13.788.000. (tiga belas juta tujuh ratus delapan
                                     puluh delapan ribu Dollar Amerika Serikat)
